Typically used for interconnect and Electronic Component applications,
these units can be customized for most small component applications.
Easily incorporated into most production lines AAI laser products
use Fenix CO2 laser technology to create crisp, clear marking on plastics,
metals and countless other materials.
The AAI systems provide fast, permanent marking of alphanumeric
characters, logos and bar codes at high speed. The manual loading
station and automatic component feed mechanisms can be customized
to accurately and safely locate the component during the marking process.
These compact designs keep operators hands away from the marking areas.
AAI laser marking products can be supplied as table top units
ready for incorporation in product line or mounted on optional heavy
gauge, powder coated steel platforms. Compact, optional fume extraction
and air filtration systems are available as free standing or built
in systems for the removal of localized gasses generated during the
