Contact form

When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, company, phone number, email address and message. They are emailed to our team so we can reply.

Site analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used, such as the pages visited and the type of device. Google handles that information under its privacy policy.

Emails from our sales team

Some emails from our sales team include a small image and links that pass through autoapp.com. They tell us when the email was opened and which links were clicked. With each open or click we record the network address and the browser or email app details, which we use to show the type of device.

Site visits after an email

When you click a link in one of those emails, we set a cookie in your browser that lasts one year. While it is there, we record the autoapp.com pages you visit in that browser, with the network address and browser details. We do not record visits from anyone who has not clicked a link in one of our emails.

How long we keep it

We keep this tracking information while the related sales opportunity is open, and delete it three months after it closes.
